Originally known as the United Charities Building (or 105  East 22nd Street), approximately 115,000 square foot existing structure was built in 1892 by a wealthy New York

banker, and formerly  housed the headquarters for the non-profit organization United Charities.The 9-story building was designed by renowned  architect R.H. Robertson and

was altered by James Baker in  1897 and again in 1915. This altered portion was sold in the  1980’s as 111 East 22nd Street and converted to commercial  use. The Property sits on an

11,599 square foot lot with 59  feet of frontage along Park Avenue South and 150 feet along  East 22nd Street.
